Kompen had started its production in 1996 at Konya-Afyon highway 45 km Ladik Location. It achieved great progress from its establishment to date. Kompen continues its production and marketing activities in PVC Door-Window Systems, Vinil Siding, Blinds and Isıcam (Double glazing) Systems. Since its establishment, it has multiplied its production 10 fold from 2500 ton/year to 25.000 ton/year and became a challenger in the sector. Kompen, who adopted quality production as a principle in its establishment keeps investing in R&D. Kompen, who owns one of the most advanced laboratories of Turkey in the sector, continues its production on 42.000 m² indoor space over a 135.000 m² area with 356 employees in its facilities, which are built by German and Austrian advanced technology.
Kompen has the first integrated facility, which produces PVC profiles, doors, windows and double glazing. It has an important position in door-window market with its Konya, İstanbul, İzmir and Ankara regional directorates and almost 500 dealer network in the country. Kompen Corporation, which exports to 21 countries via distributors and dealers, is one of the leading companies in PVC door-window sector since 2002.
The door and window joineries and double glazing systems of Kompen have gotten CE confirmation. Kompen is one of the leading companies of the sector with its after sales services in the context of “Complete Quality” principle.
In 1998, Kompen, who pioneered the sector in many aspects with complete quality principle, achieved to be the first integrated facility which owned ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate in the production of PVC door and window profiles, door and window systems and double glazing. Kompen continued its success by getting international quality certificates like INCERC, GOST, IFT, RAL, UKR-Cepro and had adopted ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2003. KOMPEN Corporation fulfilled the quality management system successfully and won the TSE Quality Award in 2004. By the beginning of 2009, Kompen renewed its quality management system and completed its efforts to get ISO 9001:2008 version and received ISO 9001:2008 certificate. Moreover, Kompen got its ISO 14001:2004 certificate and had registered its sense of importance about Society and Environmental Health to TSE. In 2010, Kompen added TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety certificate for its facilities. Isıcam, Door and Window systems, which are CE marked, are among the first marked and certified products in the sector.
Kompen enriches its portfolio to meet the ever growing construction sector, and offers alternative solutions, which fit to all parts of the society, to its consumers with the idea of “Complete Quality”. Kompen profiles successfully pass the aging tests with 12Gj, where the Europen climate standart is 8Gj. In June 2002, Kompen introduced ThermoLine KOM 600 Series, whose K value can reach up to 1.3 W/m² in accordance with the Europen standarts, and made heat saver products available to Turkish people while raising the quality level. Kompen continued to raise the quality level in the sector in 2006, by introducing 5 chamber KOM 900 series and renovating sliding series FormLine KOM 800 design in its portfolio.
Kompen, who had a fast entry to exterior coating sector for buildings in 2002 with its Kompen Vinyl Siding product, keeps growing while increasing its market share every year.

Kompen keeps its “Complete Quality” approach, by concentrating on internal seminars required for training activities to increase service quality. In 2006 and 2007, Kompen was awarded the Consumer Quality Award by Consumer Magazine. Moreover, Kompen won the Golden Brand Award in 2007 and 2009 of The Association for Protecting All Consumers, whose center is located in Istanbul.
Kompen Corporation, is the first company to get CASE certificate in PVC sector in April 2009, as part of the “EU-Turkey Chambers Platform” Project, which was carried out by Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and Eurochambers.
