FORM PLASTİK is an injection molding company established in İzmir at 1983. Since 2001 the firm is located in the Manisa City at 10000 m2 facility.

FORM PLASTİK processes many engineering materials by injection molding. Those include ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PC, POM, SAN, PBT, PVC and Elastomers. Painting, printing and assembly works are carried out to meet all the needs of its Customers. FORM PLASTİK has wide experience on manufacturing control panels, table tops and portholes for washing machines and dishwashers.

QUALITY
We have a consistent and effective quality system in place to meet our customers needs. We place great importance on defining and documenting these needs for each part at the beginning of a Project. Manufacturing quality and inspection forms are displayed at the machine together with sample parts for our operators and quality inspectors to determine part consistency and quality.
Quality issues are thoroughly investigated, documented and corrective actions are initiated. The results are discussed at Company meetings in order that everyone can learn from the experience.
Part quality is very much dependent on the condition of the mold. At the end of each run, we clean, lubricate and spray the mold with rust preventative.
