According to sources close to the company, South Korea’s Hyosung Corporation shut its 150,000 tons/year No 1 PP line last week due to a planned maintenance.
The maintenance is expected to last for a week.
The company has three PP lines with a combined production capacity of 550,000 tons/year.
Meanwhile, the company also has a PDH unit, which was reported to be running at low rate.
