Basell Orlen restarts PP, PE plants in Poland
The restart was slated to take place by around mid-November following the shutdown that started in early October.
Nevertheless, the company is currently running the plants at very low rates and may not reach full capacity before the first half of December, according to the source.
The PP plant has a production capacity of 400,000 tons/year, while HDPE and LDPE plants have respective production capacities of 320,000 tons/year and 100,000 tons/year.
