Brief PVC shutdown at Egypt’s TCI Sanmar

In Egypt, one of the local PVC producers, TCI Sanmar, had a brief shutdown at their 200,000 tons/year plant at the beginning of this week.
According to a source from the producer, the shutdown was due to a two-day long routine maintenance work. “We are planning to resume our operations as of today, April 27, and our deliveries were not disrupted during our shutdown,” added the source.
