China and South Korea signed a draft version of a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA) on February 25, according to media reports. Within the scope of the agreement, over 90%of the goods traded between China and South Korea will be subject to zero tariffs within the next 20 years.

Meanwhile, according to the reports, the draft version of FTA hints that the pact may not allow major concessions on certain key industries including petrochemicals, automobile parts, machine tools and LCD panels.
