China’s Sanfangxiang readying to resume PTA plant

According to market sources, China’s Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Group will restart its PTA plant at Jiangyin in Jiangsu province in two days. The plant, which has a production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year, was shut around mid-November, according to some players.
The company can also produce around 3 million tons/year PET chips and PET bottle grade resins in total at the same site.
