China’s Sanfangxiang restarts its PTA plant

According to market reports, China’s Jiangsu Sanfangxiang restarted its PTA plant at Jiangyin, in Jiangsu province following a 10-day maintenance.
The plant has a production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year of PTA.
The company has another PTA plant at the same site with a capacity of 1.2 million tons/year, sources said, which was not shut.
The company can also produce around 3 million tons/year PET chips and PET bottle grade resins in total at the same site.
