China’s Shandong Lutai Chemical restarts PVC plant

According sources close to China’s Shandong Lutai Chemical, formerly known as Ji Ning Jinwei Coal and Electricity, the company restarted its carbide-based PVC plant on October 29 after a shutdown of 3 months.
The 360,000 tons/year plant was previously planned to resume operations on September 27 following an unexpected shutdown on June 29.
