China’s Shandong Lutai Chemical to restart its PVC plant

According to a source close to the company, China’s Shandong Lutai Chemical, formerly known as Ji Ning Jinwei Coal and Electricity, is planning to restart its carbide-based PVC plant on September 27.
The 360,000 tons/year plant was unexpectedly shut on June 29 while it was initially expected to come back online in early September.
