China's Shanghai Golden Phillips restarts HDPE unit

According to market sources, China’s Shanghai Golden Phillips, a joint venture between Chevron Phillips Chemical and Shanghai Petrochemical Industrial Development Company, has restarted its HDPE unit in Shanghai, China.
The company’s 135,000 tons/year HDPE plant remained offline for around a month due to maintenance works.
