China’s Sinopec Beihai Refinery delays restart of PP unit

China’s Sinopec Beihai Refining & Chemical Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Sinopec, has postponed the restart of its PP unit to around January 23, according to media reports. The unit was shut on November 23 and was expected to restart during the week of January 11.
The company is able to produce 200,000 tons/year of PP.
