According to a source close to the company, China’s Tianjin Dagu Chemical reduced operating rates at its PVC plant further to %60 due to environmental issues.
The producer had initially cut operating rates at its 800,000 tons/year capacity PVC plant two months ago. Supplies of PVC were affected, reported the source.
