China’s Zhenjiang Chi Mei restarts ABS plant

According to players in China, Zhenjiang Chi Mei Chemical’s ABS plant is slated to resume operations at the start of November. The 600,000 tons/year plant was shut by mid-October for maintenance.
"We expect the plant to reach full rates on November 7," a player stated.
Meanwhile, South Korea’s Kumho Petrochemical is also planning to restart its 250,000 tons/year ABS plant in Ulsan on November 4 following an annual maintenance. The plant has been offline since October 24.
