Chlor-Alkali Association of China: Local PVC producers demand ADD probe for US PVC

According to market sources, the Chlor-Alkali Association of China said in a statement that several PVC producers in China have made a request to the government for initiating an anti-dumping investigation on PVC imports from the US.
The anti-dumping measures on PVC imports originating in the US, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan were terminated on September 28, 2019 and no anti-dumping duties have been imposed since then.
