Dec butadiene contract initially settles in Europe

According to market sources, an initial butadiene contract has been settled for November in Europe. The new contract was agreed at €800/ton ($846/ton), with a rollover from November.
As stalled demand conditions in Europe’s domestic market was counterbalanced by the increase in prices in Asia, butadiene spot prices in Europe were reported stable at €900/ton FD NWE.
