Dow, DuPont merger soon to be finalized

According to a statement on the company’s website, US-based Dow Chemical Company and DuPont are planning to complete their merger under the name of DowDuPont in August 2017.
The merger will eventually be divided into three industry-leading companies, the release said, which aims to provide customers with better solutions and choices.
Previously, the two companies had expected this merger to be closed by the second half of last year.
