EU car registrations rise in Nov

According to ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers Association), new car registrations in Europe posted an increase of 5.8% to reach 1,148,618 units in November on a monthly basis. New car registrations climbed in all European markets including Spain (13.5%), France (8.5%) and Italy (8.2%) followed by the United Kingdom (2.9%) and Germany (1.5%).
Car registrations in the EU increased by 7.1% and reached 13.5 million units in total in the first eleven months of 2016. Italy and Spain made the largest contribution to the overall growth of the region with an increase of 16.5% and 11.1% respectively. These countries were followed by France (5%), Germany (4.6%) and the UK (2.5%).
