Egypt EPPC reveals Feb PP offers higher

A source from one of Egypt’s PP producers, EPPC, said that the producer implemented increases of $30/ton on its new February offers from its January prices. The producer’s February offers are standing at $1070/ton for homo PP raffia and at $1090/ton for fibre, both on an ex-works Port Said, cash basis.
“Our plant is operating at full capacity and we are making our deliveries to the market smoothly. However, we are facing some collections problems due to the high dollar parity,” said the source.
