In Egypt, local PVC producers approached February with rollovers from January. Following EPC, TCI Sanmar maintained their offers at its latest January levels for the first half of February.
The producer’s new offers remained unchanged at EGP21,800/ton ($1026/ton w/o VAT) for PVC k67-68, on an ex-Port Said, cash including VAT basis.
“We are seeing good demand from the local market and getting positive feedbacks from our customers. Meanwhile, our export allocations are still paused due to better buying appetite from the local market,” said a producer source.
