Egypt’s TCI Sanmar resumes operations at its PVC plant

A source close to one of Egypt’s local PVC producers, TCI Sanmar, reported that they have restarted their PVC plant on November 22 and they expect the plant to reach full capacity within two to three weeks.
The source also added, “Currently, we are meeting our previous commitments based on our latest offer levels and we are planning to announce our new offers at the beginning of December.”
