Ellba declares FM on deliveries to Shell

Market sources reported that, Ellba, a JV between Shell and BASF, declared force majeure on its deliveries to Shell Chemicals Europe (SCE) in late June following an unexpected shutdown on its propylene oxide and styrene monomer plant in Moerdijk, the Netherlands.
It is not yet known how long the force majeure will last, sources said.
