Formosa to expand PVC capacity in Louisiana

Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., an affiliate of the Taiwan-based Formosa Plastics Group (FPG), is planning to expand its PVC production capacity at its facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, according to a company statement.
The company’s PVC production capacity is expected to increase by around 136,077 tons/year upon the slated completion of the expansion project in 2020.
