According to a press release on the company’s website, Germany-based PVC manufacturer Vestolit, a subsidiary of Mexichem, will expand its specialty PVC capacity at its facility in Marl, Germany.

The company reportedly will build a new production line with a production capacity of 40,000 tons/year of emulsion PVC. The Marl facility, which is already Europe’s largest fully backward integrated PVC site, will become the largest single site for emulsion PVC in Europe with the addition of the new capacity.
