Guangdong IVL to shut PET plant in China

According to sources close to the company, Guangdong IVL PET Polymer Co., a subsidiary of India’s Indorama Ventures, is planning to shut its PET plant in Guangdong, China for a planned turnaround on November 25, 2017.
The scheduled turnaround is expected to last for a month.
The company’s Guandong plant is able to produce 522,000 ton/year of PET.
