Hanwha Chemical plans PVC maintenance in China

According to market sources, Hanwha Chemical Co. Ltd. is planning to shut its ethylene based PVC plant in Ningbo, China for maintenance in mid-December.
The 300,000 tons/year plant is expected to be offline for around 10-15 days.
