Hapag-Lloyd continues to suspend Red Sea service after introducing land corridor through S. Arabia
This statement followed Hapag-Lloyd’s previous announcement on Friday that the company would introduce land service corridors connecting Jebel Ali, Dammam, and Jubail to Jeddah. This would connect the company’s ocean shuttle service departing from Jeddah with inland routes.
“We are currently working on alternative routes to serve the Red Sea / Gulf of Aden ports, and these will be announced shortly,” Hapag-Lloyd said.
