India delays BIS certification deadline for PVC, PP

According to a decree published on the Official Gazette of India on August 23, India extended the deadline of the mandatory Bureau of India Standards (BIS) certification for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polypropylene (PP) moulding and extrusion.
The deadline was pushed from August 26, 2024, to December 24, 2024.
