India's Finolex to shut PVC plant in Sept

A source from India’s Finolex Industries Limited informed ChemOrbis that the producer is planning to shut its PVC plant in Ratnagiri for maintenance at the end of September; on the contrary to the previous reports from market players about a plant shutdown in June.
According to the producer source, Finolex’s 272,000 tons/year plant is expected to remain offline for two weeks.
