India’s Reliance to restart PTA units in Dahej

According to a source close to company, India’s Reliance Industries Ltd. is planning to restart one of its two purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plants in Dahej by next week. The plants were shut last week due to a water shortage in the region.
The company’s PTA plants have production capacities of 1.12 million tons/year each.
