India starts antidumping investigation on PVC paste imports
Investigation will be conducted on E-PVC imports into India from April 2022 to March 2023, followed by injury examination periods between 1 April 2019 to 30 March 2020, 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 and 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
India currently produces 80,000 tons/year of E-PVC and this capacity is expected to increase by 40,000 tons/year to 120,000 tons/year by the end of this year through a new production line.
