Indian producer issues price protection for PVC

A source from an Indian producer reported that they implemented price protection for PVC effective as of October 25 until November 1 or until their next price adjustment, whichever comes first.
Under the producer’s price protection program, the producer will reimburse the price difference to their customers if they make any downward revision on their PVC prices between the time of purchase and the deadline on November 1 for protection.
