Indonesia’s Eastern Polymer delays restart of PVC plant

A source close to the company reported that Indonesia’s Eastern Polymer Pt delayed the restart of its PVC plant in Jakarta due to some technical issues. The plant might resume operations by the end of the first week of March, but the company has not confirmed the date yet.
The 48,000 tons/year PVC plant was shut in early February due to flooding. It had been expected to restart at the beginning of March.
