Indonesia’s PT Chandra Asri changes name to expand portfolio

According to a statement on the company’s website dated January 4, Indonesia’s PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk has officially changed its name to PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) with the stock code TPIA.
The new name was approved by the stockholders on December 29, 2023. The approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia came on January 3, 2024.
With its new name, the company aims to show its broader portfolio as it operates not only in the petrochemicals sector but also in the chemical and infrastructure provision now.
