According to players in Indonesia, Polytama is planning to restart its PP plant in the coming week. The plant has been off-line for some time owing to a feedstock shortage, but the producer has recently negotiating a new agreement to allow them to purchase propylene. Polytama’s plant can produce 230,000 tons/year of PP.

Locally-held prices for homo-PP injection and raffia currently stand at $1530-1617/ton FD Indoneisia, cash equivalent basis.
