Ineos Styrolution, Pyrowave ink deal for PS recycling

According to a joint press release on the company’s website, Ineos Styrolution America LLC has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Pyrowave, a Canada-based company using microwave depolymerization to recycle PS, for a PS recycling project in North America.
The project aims to process post-consumer PS using the Canadian company’s innovative Catalytic Microwave Depolymerization (CMD) method.
Accordingly, Ineos Styrolution became the first company to join Pyrowave’s North American PS recycling project.
