Ineos delays PP restart in Grangemouth

According to a producer source, Ineos delayed the restart of its 285,000 tons/year PP plant in Grangemouth, Scotland blaming a series of unforeseen circumstances. The company had halted production at the plant on September 1 and the planned restart failed respectively in October and late November.
