Iran's POGDC signs a deal to develop petchem hub in Qeshm

According to Iran’s local media sources, Iran’s Parsian Oil and Gas Development Group Company (POGDC) signed a memorandum of understanding with Qeshm Free Area Organization (QFAO) on developing a petrochemical hub in Qeshm, Iran.
The project reportedly includes an investment of $8 billion to expand the country’s petrochemical sector with a production capacity of 6 million tons/year.
