Iran to increase its petrochemical exports to Europe

According to media reports, a senior National Petrochemical Company (NPC) official reported that Iran is planning to increase its petrochemical exports to European countries following the removal of sanctions.

Production control manager of NPC, Ali Mohammad Bosaqzadeh stated that Iran plans to increase its exports to Africa and Latin America as well, according to an Iran Daily News report.

Bosaqzadeh also said that Iran continues to export its petrochemical products to its steady customers such as Southeast Asia as planned before, adding that the country exported almost 10 million tons of petrochemical products by September 21 since March 20. He also indicated that the quality of the products will be improved for exporting to international markets.
