Italy’s commercial vehicle sales rise in October

According to the foreign automakers association, UNRAE, Italy’s commercial vehicle sales increased by 11.7% in October on a yearly basis. A total of 21,050 sales were reported for October when compared to 18,848 in the same period of last year.
The data also revealed that the country’s commercial vehicle sales increase by 1.2% during the first ten months of 2017 with 151,382 new units compared with 149,524 units registered in the same period of last year.
According to Italian Transport Ministry, the country’s new car sales also increased by 7.1% to 147,435 in October year-on-year on the back of healthy upward trend in Italy.
