Jan MEG contracts nominated in Asia

According to market sources, three producers have nominated their January MEG contracts in Asia. Saudi Arabia’s SABIC announced its January MEG contract price at $950/ton CFR, down $50/ton from December while Shell and MEGlobal nominated their January MEG contracts at $940/ton CFR, a $60/ton decrease from December.
In addition, MEGlobal has also announced its February MEG contract at $860/ton, down $80/ton from its January nomination.
In Asia, spot MEG prices decreased around $60/ton weak over week to be currently reported in the range of $680-685/ton CFR China.
