Japan’s Idemitsu to restart steam cracker in Tokuyama

According to market sources, Japan’s Idemitsu will restart the naphtha-fed steam cracker in Tokuyama at the end of this week.
The company had shut its cracker on September 10 due to annual maintenance.
The cracker has a production capacity of 623,000 tons/year of ethylene and 300,000 tons/year of propylene.
