Japan’s Idemitsu to shut styrene plant

According to market sources, Japan’s Idemitsu Kosan Co. is planning to shut its styrene monomer plant at Chiba for a planned maintenance.
Maintenance at the 210,000 tons/year styrene monomer plant is expected to start in March and last for a month, sources said.
