Market sources reported that May styrene contracts have settled in Europe. The new settlement has been agreed at €1950/ton ($2343/ton with the recent parity), up by €87/ton ($104/ton) from April.
According to ChemOrbis Price Wizard, spot styrene prices on an FOB NWE basis were last quoted at $1700/ton (€1415/ton), up by $110/ton (€91/ton) compared to early April.
