According to buyers, a Saudi Arabian major’s awaited offers emerged at $1060/ton for LDPE film, $1080-1090/ton for LLDPE c4 film and $1180-1190/ton for HDPE film, all on an FCA Turkey, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash basis.
These levels represented decreases of $60/ton, $30-40/ton and $70-80/ton, respectively when compared to last November prices from the supplier. Still, some manufacturers found the most recent prices high to work with.
