MEGlobal nominates January MEG contract in Asia

According to market sources, MEGlobal announced its January MEG contract to Asia with increases. The company nominated its new contract price at $1080/ton CFR, up $20/ton from December.
The increase was mainly driven by the improved market sentiment on the back of higher ethylene prices.
Meanwhile, spot MEG prices in Asia were last reported at around $1310/ton CFR China.
