Maintenance updates on ACN plants in China

According to market sources, China’s Jilin Petrochemical shut its 120,000 tons/year No 3 ACN plant on March 27 due to a scheduled maintenance and is planning to restart it in the middle of April. The company has four ACN lines with a combined production capacity of 226,000 tons/year.
Also, China’s Fushun Petrochemicals is planning to shut its ACN plant in Liaoning in the second half of May for about 45 days due to a planned maintenance. The plant has a production capacity of 92,000 tons/year.
