According to sources close to the company, Malaysia’s Lotte Chemical Titan is restarting its HDPE plant following an unexpected shutdown that occurred early this week.
The 220,000 tons/year capacity HDPE plant was shut due to a technical glitch.
Although the plant has been restarted, operating rates may remain low in the next few days, sources also reported.
