Malaysian producer announces July PP, PE prices to local market
When compared to last month, the producer lowered fresh PE offers by MYR100/ton ($23/ton) for HDPE inj. and MYR200/ton ($45/ton) for LDPE grades. HDPE film and blow molding offers were stable, meanwhile.
The producer’s July PE prices were standing at MYR6030/ton ($1362ton) for HDPE film, at MYR6130/ton ($1385/ton) for HDPE inj. and HDPE blow molding, at MYR7450/ton ($1683/ton) for LDPE film, at MYR7790/ton ($1760/ton) for inj., and at MYR7830/ton ($1769/ton) for coating, all on FD Malaysia, 30 days deferred payment excluding VAT basis.
July PP prices, meanwhile, were reported flat at MYR6050/ton ($1367/ton) for homo-PP raffia and injection, at MYR6250/ton ($1412/ton) for homo-PP film, at MYR6210/ton ($1403/ton) for PPBC inj. and at MYR6590/ton ($1489/ton) for PPRC inj., with similar terms.
