Malaysian producer announces Mar PP, PE prices to local market
The producer raised its offers by MYR250-280/ton ($52-59/ton) for HDPE, while its LDPE offers were up by MYR300/ton ($63/ton) from February. The producer’s offers for all PP grades increased by MYR160/ton ($33/ton) compared to the previous month.
The producer’s new offers currently stand at MYR5860/ton ($1216/ton) for HDPE film, MYR5990/ton ($1243/ton) for HDPE blow molding, and MYR5960/ton ($1237/ton) for HDPE inj., all on FD Malaysia, 30 days deferred payment basis.
Their March LDPE offers stand at MYR6120/ton ($1271/ton) for LDPE film, MYR6560/ton ($1362/ton) for LDPE inj., and at MYR6600/ton ($1370/ton) for LDPE coating, with the same terms.
As for the PP grades, the producer’s new offers stand at MYR5630/ton ($1169/ton) for homo-PP raffia and inj., MYR5930/ton ($1231/ton) for homo-PP film, MYR5920/ton ($1229/ton) for PPBC inj., and at MYR6230/ton ($1293/ton) for PPRC inj., with the same terms.
